Fields of Fuel was designed primarily for use in high school and undergraduate environmental studies, agriculture, ecology, economics and natural resource management classes. Through the development process, we have played the game with a range of students, educators, and researchers. In general, the response to the game was overwhelmingly positive; players found the game both enjoyable and engaging. Here we describe suggested classroom applications and will share supporting curriculum materials as they are developed.
